Senior Fraud Product Manger

We’re looking for a Fraud Product Manager to serve as Lemonade's fraud gatekeeper. You’ll collaborate with our Special Investigation Unit and Underwriting teams to flag and prevent potential risks, helping us stay one step ahead in fraud mitigation. This role is key in shaping our fraud detection strategies and will have a direct impact on our product and business decisions.What You’ll DoEnsure our systems and processes are optimized to identify and mitigate fraudCollaborate closely with members of the Special Investigation Unit and Underwriting teams to flag and prevent potential risksInitiate analysis and generate reports to identify fraud trends before they become a problem, allowing us to stay ahead of emerging threatsPresent key findings to stakeholders across the company to drive business and product decisionsExplore new opportunities and unmapped data domains that can improve our fraud mitigation by leveraging both internal and external data sourcesWhat You’ll Need At least 5 years experience as a product manager in a successful startup or fast-growing company, a mustHands on experience with fraud detection and prevention, with a strong understanding of fraud trends and mitigation strategiesCapable of understanding complex processes, and identifying areas calling for improvementSelf-organized, process drivenData-driven and analytical thinkerFully fluent in English, with top-notch communication skillsExperience leading small, agile teamsSelf-learning individual who reads constantly and loves to pass on their knowledge to othersAbility to work in an office environment at least 3 days per weekA strong curiosity about AI and a commitment to learning and adapting in this evolving space
