Position: We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Team. This role allows for remote work and reports directly to the CFO. Main Daily Duties: As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's financial strategy. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial performance data, identifying trends, and providing valuable improvement recommendations to our executive team and private equity leadership. Your work will directly impact and contribute to our organization's financial success. Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly financial statements, comprehensive analytics, and executive summaries. • Deliver insightful analysis and reporting of actual financial results. • Support the budgeting and forecasting process to guide future financial decisions. • Lead efforts to enhance our reporting tools and processes. • Manage the monthly financial reporting and analysis process. • Prepare quarterly and annual lender compliance filings. • Collaborate closely with executive team members to develop key metrics and identify performance enhancement opportunities. • Create monthly investor presentations and other executive-level meeting materials. • Engage in special projects as requested by the CEO or CFO. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience with Oracle SmartView and SQL is advantageous. • Experience with consolidations is a plus. #ZR Expected salary: Location: Lorton, VA Job date: Sun, 17 Sep 2023 03:06:52 GMT Apply for the job now!
