About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Finance Systems Project Manager to drive the execution of projects across NetSuite and operational accounting systems.

This role sits within Accounting and Reporting and supports the Operational Accounting Systems function, reporting to the Senior Director, Accounting Systems. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Accounting, IT, Procurement, Revenue, Payroll, and external implementation partners to deliver system initiatives, integrations, and governance enhancements that support the finance organization.

This is a highly structured, execution-focused role with ownership of delivery across accounting-impacting systems. Your work will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with accounting controls and SOX requirements, while enabling systems and processes to scale with the business.

What you'll be doing

Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives impacting NetSuite and related systems.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans.

Coordinate across Accounting, IT, and system owners to drive accountability and delivery.

Track milestones and dependencies, and mitigate risks proactively.

Ensure documentation and change management are in place for system updates.

Manage implementations between NetSuite and systems impacting accounting, including procurement, billing, payroll, and expense tools.

Coordinate requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Maintain integration documentation and control requirements.

Support post-implementation monitoring and issue resolution.

Support operational accounting systems integration for newly acquired entities.

Coordinate data mapping, migration plans, and system configuration updates.

Track alignment of chart of accounts, master data, and workflows.

Deliver integration milestones in line with the integration roadmap.

Own accounting master data workflows, including subsidiaries, chart of accounts, locations, and departments.

Support implementation of controlled processes for master data changes.

Coordinate testing and documentation to support SOX compliance.

Monitor adherence to defined governance processes.

Act as the central coordination point for accounting-impacting system initiatives.

Translate accounting and control requirements into structured project plans.

Communicate status updates clearly to senior stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately.

Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and training plans aligned to project objectives.

Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions to support adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.

About You

5–10 years of project management experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Accounting Technology environments

Experience working with NetSuite strongly preferred

Strong understanding of operational accounting processes, including P2P, R2R, intercompany, and close

Experience managing system integrations that impact accounting

Familiarity with SOX controls and system change management

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

Strong organisational, documentation, and risk management skills

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability

Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
