Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain FP&A
Job Description:
• Lead monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for Capital Expenditures (CapEx) across Global Operations spanning multiple manufacturing and warehousing sites.
• Financial ownership for inventory-related costs, and sales trends, partnering with Planning & Inventory Management to drive accurate quarterly forecasting.
• Extreme ownership of financial results driving the narrative of our cash flow performance via concise, effective and provocative presentations for monthly management meetings, performance scorecards, initiatives trackers, and profitability models.
• Drive financial modeling for annual budgeting and long‑range strategic planning for areas of ownership.
• Serve as the primary business partner to the leader of Planning & Inventory Management.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate month‑end results for CapEx and inventory‑related accounts.
• Champion of continuous improvement leveraging financial acumen to perform ad hoc analytical support wherever necessary.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or similar analytical functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Hyperion and Essbase (or similar enterprise planning systems).
• Must have proven financial analysis skills.
• Demonstrated success in problem solving through use of data and information metrics and improvement to performance process required.
• Ability to present to and support senior leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to communicate financial concepts to non‐financial audiences, business partners / budget owners.
