This role provides a key opportunity to influence strategic decision-making by delivering high-quality financial analysis, planning, and forecasting. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with business and product leaders to shape go-to-market strategies, drive operational and financial insights, and support long-range planning initiatives. You will build scalable financial models, dashboards, and reports that inform executive decisions, optimize performance, and contribute directly to growth strategy. This position thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment requiring analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to distill complex financial information into actionable recommendations. Accountabilities • Partner with product and business leaders to support go-to-market strategies and business growth. • Lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and state-level revenue and unit economics modeling. • Build and maintain scalable reporting tools and dashboards to track performance against plan. • Deliver clear and actionable financial recommendations to executive stakeholders. • Support financial planning for mature business operations and early-stage initiatives. • Drive long-range planning processes tied to strategic growth, resource allocation, and investment opportunities. • Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and forecasting accuracy. • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, and strategy teams to ensure alignment across key objectives. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting high-growth product, GTM, or operations teams in tech or financial services. • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to build and iterate on complex financial models. • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders. • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a proactive and curious approach. • Experience with public company processes or reporting rhythms is a plus. • Competitive salary range: $97,800 – $156,200 (varies by location). • Eligibility for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location. • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage. • Generous paid time off and parental leave. • Retirement contributions and family benefits. • Flexible work environment supporting remote work in the United States. • Opportunities for career growth, learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
