Senior Financial Analyst | Remote | Contract Business & Care Management Grand Rapids, Michigan Contract Nov 20, 2025 Senior Financial Analyst | 3+ years | Remote | Contract Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with 3+ years' experience to support a healthcare client based out of Michigan. This is a 2-month contract opportunity. START DATE: 12/15/2025 HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST WORKER TYPE: W2 CORE REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years General Ledger experience 3+ years experience in document management, data entry, or administrative support Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) Apply strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills General proficiency with GL and payment procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow detailed validation guides and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelors Degree Accounting, finance, business administration, economics, statistics or related field. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Review contracts, compensation terms, and GL information to ensure time logs are accurately constructed and validated according to the DocTime Validation Guide and organizational standards, promptly identifying and reporting discrepancies for correction. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve validation issues and ensure efficient document processing. Maintain detailed and accurate records of validation activities and outcomes. Support initiatives aimed at improving processes related to DocTime validation. Ensure strict compliance with all organizational policies and procedures regarding document management.
