Senior Financial Analyst - REMOTE
**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis, planning, and data mining support for Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing informative and timely financial reports and analyses to senior leadership. **Responsibilities:**
ā¢ Assist with closing books, forecasting balance of year financials, and creating annual plans and budgets
ā¢ Review various month end reports including actual versus budget variances
ā¢ Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data to understand cause-and-effect relationships and identify drivers
ā¢ Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to consolidate and understand financial results and communicate findings to upper management
ā¢ Present close results, operational data, and forecasts in written and verbal formats to senior leadership
ā¢ Ability to arrive at conclusions and give recommendations to management based on information obtained
ā¢ Participate in various miscellaneous projects as required
ā¢ Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
ā¢ Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, accounting or related field
ā¢ Master's Degree, Preferred
ā¢ Four (4) to six (6) years in Finance, Accounting or Operations
