Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage forecasts and financial plans for key functions within the People org, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Collaborate with business partners to create monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as annual plans, that drive business outcomes. • Provide actionable reporting, analytics, and data insights to enable business partners to effectively manage their budgets and headcount. • Oversee the quarter-end accrual process, ensuring accurate accounting treatment and requesting journal entries as necessary. • Drive process improvements and implement scalable solutions to enhance forecasting, financial reporting, and data visualization. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: • A minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, with a strong background in accounting and finance. • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across various levels of management. • Proficiency in Excel, Keynote, and Tableau, with experience in SAP, Adaptive Insights, Workday, or similar corporate finance systems.
