The Global Biz Ops team at WEBTOON is responsible for integrated management control, strategic planning, and business support across the organization.
Specifically, the FP&A team handles comprehensive management control tasks including the analysis and forecasting of overall business and financial metrics, development of annual operation plans, and financial projections for long-term growth plans that encompass all business units, including subsidiaries.
As WEBTOON continues to expand globally, the organizations responsibilities are becoming more diversified and sophisticated, offering a wide range of job opportunities and rapid growth potential.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven 3-5 years experience in financial planning and analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling & planning.
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and market data.
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems in a plus.
Fluent or capable of communicating and conducting business meetings in Korean preferred.
