Accountabilities • Lead month‑end close coordination across finance and business teams, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and clear communication of responsibilities. • Prepare monthly reporting, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and executive presentations that translate results into actionable business insights. • Support cross‑functional partners (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product) with ad‑hoc financial analysis, ROI evaluations, scenario modeling, spend tracking, and profitability assessments. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI‑enabled enhancements to reporting, data workflows, and repeatable financial processes. • Drive clear documentation and actionable recommendations for finance and non‑finance stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance roles. • Advanced Excel skills with strong capability in building executive‑ready presentations and storytelling through PowerPoint. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across multiple teams and drive timelines. • Experience in a high‑growth, PE‑backed, or scaling business environment preferred. • Familiarity with modern finance systems, BI tools, and large dataset analysis. • Track record of process improvement, automation, and leveraging AI‑enabled workflows.
