We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Operations, driving visibility into revenue, margin, and operational performance while partnering directly with senior leadership. Operating in a performance-driven environment, this role provides exposure to the full company P&L with a strong focus on profitability, cash flow, and operational execution. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Own weekly and monthly financial reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights on revenue, margin, and operating income trends Build, enhance, and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, planning, and operational decision-making Play a key role in annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, with ownership of key P&L components and ongoing performance tracking Develop scenario analyses to support pricing, revenue growth, and cost optimization (shipping, fulfillment, and supply chain) Analyze key operational drivers such as average order value, units per order, shipping cost per order, and inventory flow Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to evaluate initiatives and improve profitability Leverage SQL, Snowflake, Mode Analytics, and Power BI to build scalable analytics and deliver insights across large datasets Prepare and present executive-level reporting, clearly articulating performance drivers, risks, and opportunities Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects requiring strong financial and business acumen Why This Role High visibility with direct exposure to senior leadership Opportunity to influence key business decisions and financial outcomes Broad scope across finance, data, and operations in a growing e-commerce environment WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE: Annual 10% bonus incentive Competitive compensation package Earn Paid Time Off at Accrual Rate of 15-days per year Six Paid Holidays per calendar year Medical & Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Company paid STD/LTD Company paid Life Insurance 401k match program Professional development & growth opportunities Work with nice, fun people FREE BOOKS! BASE SALARY: $135,000 -$145,000 / yr. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
