Senior Financial Analyst- Commercial Finance
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key resource for the Bottler Route-To-market (IPSO/CASO) within KDP. Reporting to the Bottler RTM Finance Lead, this role will manage actuals reporting and analytics and forecasting. Other responsibilities will include supporting trade management and adhoc reporting requests. This individual will develop an in-depth knowledge of the business areas supported and use this to influence decision making.
What you will do:
Have full management of the Financial Planning and Analysis of the IPSO/CASO RTM including
Work cross-functionally on annual and quarterly forecasting, with ownership of system inputs and analytics of drivers
Own monthly reporting for key stakeholders
Coordinate all phases of the Incidence Based Funding Model including collection, consolidation, preparation, and maintenance of data, models, and schedules related to the model
Support trade analytics as required, including working with sales on key drivers
Create and maintain process documentation, as well as evaluate opportunities for improvement and standardization
Support internal and external customer requests and any ad hoc analysis
Perform other job-related duties as requested by management

Requirements:
Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
Three+ years of relevant finance experience preferred
Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and building financial models
Technical and Other Skills:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (Siebel, SAP and IBM Planning Analytics a plus)
Required Competencies and aptitudes:
Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive business solutions to complex problems
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service
Comfortable working with high volumes of data and the ability to identify and summarize key messages
Detailed and process improvement oriented
Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
Ability to work flexible hours as required
