Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
14 years of experience in financial planning, consulting, investing, or a related function.
Experience building, developing, and leading a team.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in equity research or similar analytical role.
Excellent multitasker with the ability to manage disparate projects at the same time.
Excellent problem-solving skills including a high-proficiency with spreadsheets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Participate in the preparation of earnings-related materials for senior management. Monitor investment analyst reports and estimates of financial performance.
Conduct industry and peer analysis across a wide range of topics.
Participate in investor engagement. Coordinate and execute investor events, including preparing briefings for our executives and running on-the-ground planning and operations.
Assist the team in various cross-functional internal projects as needed.
