Location:For Those Who Work At Home, OhioSenior Finance Analyst – Embedded BankingAbout the JobAs a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to drive the financial performance of the bank’s Enterprise Payments function. This role plays a key part in shaping the financial performance and strategic direction of our Embedded Banking business, providing high‑visibility insights to the Commercial Bank CFO and Head of Commercial Product.Essential Job Functions Financial Strategy & Forecasting: ownership of the long-term forecasting processes using data to support forward-looking expectationsBusiness Partnership & Leadership Support: works closely with product and finance leadership to deliver transparent financial results and strategic alignmentReporting & Performance Analytics: delivers consistent, accurate and insightful reporting on financial results with an emphasis on business driversProvide regulatory & compliance support as neededAd‑hoc analysis & special projects as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field)3+ years of experience in Finance, Payments, Product Management or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to find the real drivers behind resultsStrategic mindset with the ability to help the business plan, pivot and growDemonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders, providing strategic guidance, and influencing decisions without direct authorityExcellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills, including the ability to tell a compelling “story” with financial dataExperience working with large complex data sets and translating data into financial modelsOrganized self-starter with a bias for action and ownership attitudeStrong business acumen, with the ability to understand operational drivers, market dynamics, and how business decisions impact financial outcomesAbility to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment, balancing short‑term deadlines with long‑range planningPreferred SkillsExperience with SQL and Google Big QueryCommercial Banking experience or exposure to Payment productsExperience with data visualization applications (Tableau)Experience with financial management software applications (Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase)COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
