As our client base has grown, so has demand for Finance & Accounting talent. We’re now looking to add a Senior Finance & Accounting Recruiter / Practice Lead to build and scale this practice area within the firm.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced full-desk recruiter or practice leader who wants the autonomy to help shape and grow a business line while leveraging an existing client base and established brand in the market.
We’re looking for someone who can operate across business development, account management, and recruiting execution while helping position Quantum Search Partners as a long-term partner for Finance & Accounting search.
What You’ll Do
• Build and lead the Finance & Accounting recruiting practice within Quantum Search Partners
• Drive new business development efforts while expanding existing client relationships across our current portfolio
• Partner directly with hiring managers, executives, founders, CFOs, and finance leaders on search strategy and talent planning
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across accounting, finance, FP&A, controllership, audit, tax, treasury, and strategic finance functions
• Recruit across a range of environments including Fortune 500 companies, PE-backed organizations, and high-growth startups
• Develop and execute market mapping and candidate engagement strategies for senior-level finance talent
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the search process
• Help shape the long-term strategy, structure, and growth of the Finance & Accounting practice
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of Finance & Accounting recruiting experience within executive search, staffing, or professional services
• Proven success operating a full desk including business development, account management, and recruiting delivery. This includes consistent production of at least $250k+ in direct hire fees or similar contract staffing net revenue.
• Experience supporting accounting and finance searches across multiple levels and environments
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills with executive-level presence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a practice area
• Comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating closely with leadership
• Strong communication, organization, and process management skills
• Competitive, high-agency, and motivated by growth and long-term upside
