Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Β Conduct detailed on-site and virtual inspections of properties damaged by various causes.
Β Determine applicable policy coverage for claims and prepare comprehensive written estimates.
Β Initiate proactive communication with all relevant parties to gather critical information and clarify the claims process.
Β Employ expert negotiation skills to settle claims timely and effectively.
Β Utilize innovative technologies such as drones and virtual claim handling software to enhance the accuracy and speed of inspections.
Β Respond to catastrophic events as part of a coordinated effort to provide immediate assistance to affected clients.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Β Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and claims estimating software like Xactimate.
Β In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques.
Β A minimum of 7 years' experience in field property claims adjustment or a relevant combination of education and experience.
Β Current adjuster's licensing as per state regulations.
Β Valid driverΒs license and the capability to manage a mobile office/company vehicle.
