Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time hybrid role for FAE Director located in Cupertino with flexibility for some remote work. The FAE Director will be responsible for providing technical support for customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The FAE Director will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong technical background in Acoustics, Haptics, MEMS sensor with 10+ years of experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and R&D
Proven record of delivering innovative solutions to customers
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field; Master's or MBA degree is a plus
Experience in the smart device industry is a plus
