We are looking for a
$400k+ annual biller
(Partner or Principal level) who already originates and owns their own book —
not someone waiting for handed-off searches
.
Lower-volume or junior recruiters will not be considered.
You’ll step directly into
established relationships with several top 10 private equity firms
and their portfolio companies — giving you immediate, high-quality active deal flow from day one.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
• 60–70% economics, no cap
— Top producers here are already clearing
well over $1M
• Launch a full search in 15-30 minutes instead of days
— the firm’s proprietary AI system turns what used to take days into minutes (first candidate slates typically delivered in ~10 business days)

execution and research team + AI
do all the heavy lifting while you focus on originating, building relationships, and closing —

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Originate and own client relationships with PE sponsors and portfolio companies
• Lead VP-to-C-suite searches (CFO, COO, CRO, CHRO, etc.)
• Aggressively scale your desk using the firm’s AI platform and execution team
