Senior Executive – IT DevOps & Cloud

We are seeking a driven and technically capable Senior Executive to support and advance our DevOps practices, cloud-native initiatives, and automation capabilities. This role works closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to streamline delivery pipelines and improve system observability. Job Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery workflows. Manage and support Kubernetes-based container (Docker) orchestration and cloud-native deployments on AWS and/or Azure. Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system health and performance visibility. Develop scripts and automation solutions using Python and/or Bash to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to support scalable, reliable deployments. Maintain cloud environment configurations and assist with cost and performance optimisation. Provide occasional 1st and 2nd level application support when required. Candidate Profile Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering role. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerisation (Docker). Proficiency in scripting with Python and/or Bash. Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud services. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
