We're looking for a Senior Epidemiologist to evaluate complex epidemiological models, dissect study designs, and surface the insights that drive real public health decisions.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced epidemiologists who want meaningful, intellectually rigorous work ā on their own schedule.

What You'll Do
ā¢ Review and validate epidemiological models, including underlying assumptions and analytical frameworks
ā¢ Interpret population-level health data and identify the key drivers behind observed trends
ā¢ Assess study methodology for sources of bias, confounding, and misclassification
ā¢ Summarize findings in structured, scientifically precise formats suitable for expert audiences
ā¢ Evaluate relationships between interventions, risk factors, and health outcomes
ā¢ Support recurring reviews of surveillance data and public health reports
Who You Are
ā¢ Deep background in epidemiology, public health, or biostatistics
ā¢ Strong command of study design, statistical inference, and causal reasoning
ā¢ Experienced analyzing large, complex health datasets with rigor and precision
ā¢ Able to communicate nuanced scientific findings clearly and concisely
ā¢ Self-directed and comfortable working independently on substantive analytical tasks
Nice to Have
ā¢ Experience in infectious disease modeling or clinical epidemiology
ā¢ Familiarity with surveillance systems or public health data infrastructure
ā¢ Background in peer review, scientific writing, or health policy analysis
