Senior Epic Certified BI Developer (Clinical or Rev Cycle)
We are seeking a Senior Epic Certified BI Developer to support a high-visibility Epic go-live initiative.
This role requires strong Epic reporting expertise and advanced dashboard development using Tableau and/or Power BI.
This is a fast-moving opportunity for experienced Epic consultants who can operate independently and lead reporting strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business and clinical reporting needs into scalable BI solutions
Design and build dashboards and analytics tools
Lead report and metrics development
Support go-live reporting optimization
Mentor junior analysts
Requirements
Active Epic Clarity Certification (Clinical or Rev Cycle; both preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with:
Radar Dashboards
SlicerDicer
Report Template creation (RWB)
Advanced criteria, networked columns, custom logic
SQL metrics and back fills
Experience designing interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
Deep understanding of Epic workflows in at least one domain
Experience implementing reporting security & permissions
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
2+ full Epic lifecycle implementations
Clinical background
Experience in domains such as:
Beacon, OpTime, Radiant, Cupid, Willow, Ambulatory, Inpatient, MyChart, etc.
