Senior Epic Analyst - Bridges/Data Courier (Hybrid Onsite)
About the position
Guides team members to provide direct input to the overall engineering process
and to team meetings. Coordinates within a team environment is essential to work
on various aspects of the platform and products, as is a devotion of
collaboration to problem solve, design sophistically, and increase product
quality.
Responsibilities
• Leads the design and development of solutions to various problems either
independently or in a team environment; designs and maintains efficient code
that is reliable.
• Guides the creation of technical documents such as a design specification
document.
• Ensures applications are performing at high capacity, responsiveness, and
quality.
• Finds solutions to reduce issues and defects.
• Maintains that the platform's code and data are organized, automated, and of
high quality.
• Guides junior team personnel by recommending software design and development
opportunities/best practices.
• Employees use knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of
functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways.
Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate
to substantial.
• Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional
objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems
addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to
substantial.
• Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are

• Analyzes and troubleshoots production problems; escalates issues and executes
solutions.
• Works as a project managers and Epic Module Leads to solution complex
integration issues.
• Implements or enhances integration, following the Bridges integration
delivery lifecycle and hybrid project management methods.
• Maintains direct responsibility for successful outcome of assigned project(s)
and solutions; interacts with end users to assist in collecting, documenting,
and analyzing business requirements; communicates clearly and timely with
customers and end users.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and
related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
Nice-to-haves
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and time management skills, preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills, preferred.
• Epic Bridges Certification
• Epic Data Courier Certification/Badge
