Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the technical roadmap for our Retail Media Network, spanning online, in-store, mobile apps, and third-party platforms
Build, grow, and guide a high-performing team of engineers, emphasizing day-to-day execution, innovation, and continuous learning
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align priorities with business needs and drive data-driven decision-making
Partner with vendors to select and implement critical solutions, leveraging first-party data to drive personalized ad content
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and collaboration, with a focus on cloud-native architecture, scalability, and reliability
Technical Expertise:
We're looking for experience with:
Google Marketing Platform and Google Ad Manager
Adobe Experience Manager
Salesforce Media Cloud
Java, Spring Boot, Angular, CI/CD
Cloud-native architecture, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, scalability, and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of direct engineering management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
Technical foundation in web technologies, backend systems, and data engineering
Experience building, scaling, and supporting AdTech platforms, with expertise in agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
