Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. This is a remote opportunity, offering a hybrid work model that combines remote work with time in our office.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training for technicians in areas of expertise
Act as a mentor to other engineers and provide technical guidance
Lead project management and issue resolution efforts
Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with industry standards and company manuals
Develop customized procedures and special instructions for repairs, modifications, and other maintenance activities
Analyze aircraft/part issues and determine corrective actions
Provide engineering support to resolve technical issues and restore aircraft to serviceable status
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
1 year of engineering experience in a related field or 2 years of experience without a degree
A&P license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to analyze technical data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
