I’m working directly with the founding partner of a highly respected women-owned California employment boutique that has quietly built an exceptional reputation through high-quality work and long-standing client relationships.
Sophisticated employment defense work, genuine autonomy, and a team people genuinely enjoy working with each other.
You’ll be handling high-level employment litigation across matters including; Wrongful termination | Harassment & discrimination | Retaliation | Wage & hour / PAGA | Complex workplace disputes
You’ll own your cases from intake through resolution with direct client contact and real strategic control.
This is not a “manage 200 files and report to three layers of management” environment.
You are trusted to operate like the experienced attorney you already are.
