• Wrongful termination
• Discrimination / harassment
• Retaliation
• Wage & hour / PAGA
With full ownership of strategy, client management, and outcomes
What They’re Looking For
✔️ 10–15 years’ employment defense experience
✔️ California Bar qualified
✔️ Stable background (ideally 2–3 firms)
✔️ Strong litigation skills + commercial mindset
Most importantly:
• You want autonomy + accountability

Package
• $250K base salary
