Senior Ecommerce Product Listing Specialist – Premium Brand (166 SKUs, Visual Precision Required)
We are a premium consumer tech brand selling mobile devices. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Product Listing Specialist to upload 166 devices to our Shopify store.
This is structured execution work. Accuracy and visual consistency are critical.
Scope of work:
• Create 166 complete product listings from a provided spreadsheet
• Correctly set up variants (storage, colour, model differences)
• Source official high-resolution product images
• Ensure images are clean, sharp, and consistent in size across the store
• Use AI upscaling if required
• Ensure correct colour images are matched to the correct variants
• Maintain identical image alignment and white background consistency
• Populate all required product page sections using our provided format
• Insert provided meta descriptions (no creative writing required)
• Double-check all model names, storage options, and specifications
This role requires strong attention to detail. Incorrect model matching or inconsistent images are not acceptable.
We will begin with a small paid test (1–2 products) to assess precision and formatting quality before proceeding with the full project.
Estimated workload: approximately 45–60 hours.
