Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior eCommerce Landing Page Strategist specializing in research, copy, design, and development. Key responsibilities include designing high-conversion landing pages, conducting market and consumer research, creating persuasive, user-friendly copy, and collaborating with designers and developers to ensure functionality and aesthetics. The strategist will optimize the performance of landing pages through data analysis, A/B testing, and iteration while aligning with Glowco's brand tone and marketing vision.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in creating and editing compelling and persuasive copy for eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior insights, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong understanding of design principles and experience collaborating with web designers and developers
• Proven ability to strategize, organize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page conversion rate optimization techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Profound knowledge of eCommerce platforms, website performance metrics, and digital marketing strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, UX/UI Design, Communications, or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing experience in landing page strategy, copywriting, and eCommerce design optimization is highly preferred
