Senior Discovery QA Paralegal (Mass Tort / PI Litigation) $70,000–$85,000 | Remote EsquireTek is a legal technology company supporting law firms with high-quality discovery responses through a combination of experienced legal professionals and AI-assisted workflows. We’re looking for a senior Discovery QA Paralegal to own the final review and completion of discovery responses before delivery to clients. This role is for someone who is comfortable working independently, understands discovery at a deep level, and does not require attorney oversight to produce final, client-ready work. Who This Role Is For • A Mass Tort paralegal with 5+ years of discovery experience who has served as a final reviewer, or • A Personal Injury litigation paralegal with strong experience reviewing and finalizing discovery responses independently, without relying on attorney edits What You’ll Do • Perform final QA review of discovery responses before submission • Independently analyze discovery requests and responses for accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Apply advanced knowledge of Mass Tort and PI discovery standards, objections, and responses • Identify and correct errors, gaps, inconsistencies, and privilege issues • Elevate AI-assisted drafts to firm-ready, final work product • Manage multiple discovery matters with minimal supervision • Maintain quality standards across all assigned matters Required Experience & Skills • 5+ years of hands-on discovery experience in Mass Tort or Personal Injury litigation • Proven experience serving as a final reviewer or QA on discovery responses • Strong understanding of the full discovery lifecycle • Ability to work independently and make judgment calls confidently • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control skills • Strong written legal communication skills • Comfortable working in a remote, deadline-driven environment • Fluent in Spanish Nice to Have • Paralegal certification • Prior QA, lead paralegal, or senior discovery role Compensation • $70,000–$85,000 DOE If you’re the paralegal who catches what others miss and regularly sends discovery out without needing a second review, this role was built for you.
