Senior Director, Talent

Checkr is seeking a Senior Director, Talent to lead our talent acquisition strategies and initiatives. This role involves overseeing recruitment operations, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring the company attracts top-tier candidates to support our growth and innovation. What You'll Do: - Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligning with company goals. - Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to ensure effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and company culture. - Implement innovative recruiting techniques and utilize data-driven approaches to optimize hiring workflows. - Manage employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and qualified candidates. - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. Who You Are: - 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within tech or SaaS companies. - Proven leadership experience with strong strategic thinking and operational skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools, ATS systems, and sourcing channels. - Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
