Senior Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Operations to support and scale our Single Event department, accelerating the performance and scalability of our lien resolution offering. This is a strategic role for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a consulting mindset to operational leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying improvement opportunities, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to rapidly assess department workflows, develop actionable insights, and lead initiatives that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.
