This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US

Overview:

This role is responsible for setting the Channel Partners and Distributors’ strategy, building the Channel Partners team and driving the growth, revenue and generating opportunities with Distribution & Channel Resale Partners. To recruit and enabling Cloud and Software Channel partners on the Precisely Software Solutions Product portfolio. Operating as the primary interface between partners and Precisely across sales, marketing, channels operations as well as product management and engineering, generating growth and sales. This is a remote position anywhere in the US.

What you will do:

• Build the Channel & Distribution strategic plan and land this with growth partners in agreed Partner Business Plans
• Build a strong team of regional Channel Sales Managers and develop and grow talent
• Develop and execute enablement and training plan and ensure Channel partners receive regular services and products updates and get certified.
• Develop channel resellers’ capabilities and knowledge of Precisely’ solutions, closely aligned with Distributors
• Ensure recruitment of high potential and next-generation resale partners, closely aligned with Distributors
• Create MDF and marketing incentive programs and get account-based marketing plans in place
• Work closely with Channel Operations to build process and programs to simplify partner sales processes.
• Expand Partner Portal and create a first class partner experience
• Work with Partners to provide accurate and timely forecasts and monitoring performance against plan.
• Promote brand, solutions and company thought leadership throughout the resellers’ portfolio.

What we are looking for:

• Master’s Degree (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement)
• 5-8 Years of experience in managing Channel Sales organizations and teams
• Leadership experience and developing top talent
• English required
• Travel is required: Yes ~50%
