This executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing new business, assisting in the expansion of existing accounts, and positioning our digital marketing and patient acquisition services to hospitals and health systems in the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling digital advertising solutions such as SEM (PPC), Display and Programmatic, and Paid Social Media, and will be able to effectively communicate the value of these services to marketing executives, service line managers, and other decision-makers. This is a full-time opportunity, with travel expected. The position is salary- and commission-based. Salary is commensurate with experience.What You’ll DoLead Generation Business Development:Identify and target potential clients who requireperformance marketing and paid digital solutions. Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to prospect, generate leads, and build a solid sales pipelineSales Strategy Planning: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet individual and company-wide sales goals. Align offerings with client objectives and develop proposals that showcase the benefits of performance marketing and paid digital solutionsConsultative Sales Solutions: Conduct deep dives into clients’ business needs and challenges. Present customized solutions that leverage performance marketing tactics to drive ROI and achieve client goalsSales Presentations Negotiations: Lead presentations to executives and other stakeholders, demonstrating the impact and ROI of paid digital marketing campaigns. Negotiate campaign budgets and length of campaignsReporting Performance Metrics: Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance, client acquisition, and campaign outcomes. Use analytics to adjust strategies, forecast sales, and optimize resultsClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Position yourself as a trusted advisor who understands the client’s business goals and can deliver measurable results through our solutionsCollaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with revenue office and other internal teams to develop impactful proposals and optimize campaign strategies.
