Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a multi‑year vision for adversarial abuse detection, prevention, and analytics across all careerzynith products.
Team Management: Build, mentor, and inspire a global team of analysts, data scientists, engineers, and policy experts, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and collaboration.
Threat Detection & Response: Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of abuse incidents—including identification, investigation, remediation, and post‑mortem analysis.
Data‑Driven Insights: Lead the development of advanced analytics pipelines, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that surface emerging abuse patterns and inform product decisions.
Cross‑Functional Partnerships: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Global Operations to embed safety controls into product design and rollout.
Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of global trust and safety policies, ensuring they are grounded in empirical evidence and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Innovation & Tooling: Champion the adoption of machine learning, automation, and scalable infrastructure to accelerate detection and reduce manual effort.
Stakeholder Communication: Produce clear, actionable transparency reports for internal leadership and external regulators, highlighting trends, impact, and mitigation effectiveness.
On‑Call Rotation: Participate in a global on‑call schedule, providing rapid response to high‑severity incidents on weekends and holidays as needed.


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience leading large‑scale risk, abuse, or security programs in a technology‑driven environment.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and operating data pipelines, statistical models, and machine‑learning solutions for anomaly detection.
