Role and Responsibilities As a Senior Digital Media Buyer at Rainmaker Ad Ventures, you will be a key player in the high-performance media buying team. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing, deploying, and optimizing lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns across diverse platforms such as YouTube, Display, Native, Social, and Programmatic channels. • Utilizing performance metrics to fine-tune campaigns, make data-driven tactical decisions, adjust bids, and even write scripts to enhance campaign efficacy. • Scaling ad spend strategically, boosting conversion performance, and identifying untapped opportunities for growth. • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign results and ensure seamless execution. • Sharing best practices and insights with fellow media buyers to elevate the collective performance of the team. Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate for this role possesses: • A remarkable work ethic, self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency. • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms including Google (YouTube & Display), Native Channels (Taboola, Outbrain), Social Media (Facebook), and Programmatic Platforms. • A proven track record of profitably managing and scaling digital direct response ad campaigns with budgets of $100k+. • Specialization in lead generation, preferably with expertise in high-ticket, financial, debt, home services, health & wellness offers. • A keen understanding of CPA, conversion goals, and the drive to achieve set objectives. • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Google Analytics and preferably some knowledge of SEO and search marketing. • Outstanding project management, organizational, and time management abilities. • A meticulous attention to detail, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • The capacity to excel both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
