Leading the design and maintenance of high-load and high-availability infrastructure within Cloud;
Conducting in-depth analysis of service infrastructure needs and justifying proposed solutions;
Designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code;
Implementing, maintaining, and enhancing performance monitoring systems;
Optimizing performance through advanced autoscaling and other optimization strategies;
Writing, updating, and optimizing scripts for automation and infrastructure management;
Maintaining Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and reliability;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth deployment and operation of applications;
Handling complex ad-hoc project tasks based on business needs.
Essential professional experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role, with a strong track record of leadership, advanced technical skills, and successful project delivery;
Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure and services (EC2, VPC, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, SNS, CloudTrail, etc.);
Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management;
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies;
Proficiency in Sql and NoSql: Cassandra, Scylla, Redis, Neo4j, PostgreSQL, MySQL;
Proficiency in Bash scripting, Python languages;
Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools, such as Victoriametrics, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack;
Knowledge of version control systems like Git for code management;
Strong knowledge of best practices of scalable applications cloud architecture: partitioning, scaling, clustering, load balancing;
Desirable skills and personal features: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Experience with agile development methodologies;
At least Intermediate+ English level.
