We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer (FinTech).
Your main tasks will be:
Develop and scale IaC (Terraform) with a modular layered architecture (foundation → platform → workloads)Build and standardize CI/CD in Azure DevOps (YAML-first, reusable pipelinesOperate and improve Kubernetes (AKS): lifecycle, reliability, upgrade managementImplement GitOps practices (PR-driven workflows, single source of truthEnhance security (secretless auth, least privilege, Key Vault integration)Drive automation and observability (Datadog, LGTM stack)Contribute to engineering culture: code reviews, mentoring, best practices
We expect from you:
5+ years in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles3+ years hands-on with Azure as a primary cloud (multi-subscription environments)Strong production Kubernetes experience (multi-env, real SLA-driven workloads)2+ years of Terraform at modular/layered architecture levelSolid experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML-first, reusable templates)Hands-on experience with Helm, GitOps practices, and infrastructure as codeExperience with mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within a teamProduction on-call experience and understanding of incident responseAbility to work in low-process environments and establish structure from scratchProactive, mature mindset with strong ownership
