Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote (EU/UK preferred) Team: Engineering Type: Full-time, Contractor. Aguru is an Agentic AI Automation Platform for SaaS. We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own reliability, infrastructure, and deployment at scale. At Aguru, we’re building an AI-first workflow automation platform that integrates agents, workflows, and communication tools into a unified system. We’re looking for our first Senior DevOps Engineer to deliver rock-solid reliability and deployment at scale. As an early member of our small, high-impact team, your work will directly shape the future of our platform and deliver a product experience that delights our customers. Responsibilities Design deployment strategy for the platform. Own CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Manage PostgreSQL (Supabase) performance, migrations, and HA. Implement observability for the platform and workflows (logs, metrics, tracing). Ensure security, scalability, and cost efficiency. Technical Requirements 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles 3+ years of experience in one of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Strong with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Solid PostgreSQL administration skills. IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar). Nice to Have Experience with workflow automation/orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, n8n).
