Senior Developer/Analyst
Our firm is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Developer/Analyst to join its collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications across the full technology stack
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Contribute to system enhancements, feature development, and ongoing operational support
• Participate in architecture discussions and help drive best practices in development and deployment
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and performance optimization
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of progressive software development experience, ideally within small to mid-sized teams
• Strong experience in full-stack development and relational database environments
• Experience working with modern development tools, environments, and deployment processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
