The Role// Masabi is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead and nurture our Launch Operations across a globally distributed team, with a key focus on automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the SVP of Professional Services, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality, timely product configuration deployments at scale while encouraging measurable improvements in team velocity, efficiency, and alignment with support functions. This is a highly visible leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong technical project management background, excellent cross-functional communication, and a collaborative mindset focused on enabling teams to succeed.You'll manage and guide a team of ~30 people, including 5 pod leads, with the potential to grow further.
