Requirements
ā¢ Translate business problems into well-defined data science projects
ā¢ Design, implement, and optimize advanced machine learning and optimization models
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and business stakeholders
ā¢ Monitor model performance in production and refine algorithms and processes
ā¢ Create and maintain detailed documentation for models, methodologies, and workflows
ā¢ Conduct testing and validation of models to ensure robustness, scalability, and reliability in production environments
ā¢ Present data-driven insights, findings, and product outcomes to stakeholders
ā¢ Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and optimization and integrate innovative techniques and tools into projects
ā¢ Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance, review work, and foster their professional development
ā¢ Demonstrate a commitment to ethical data science and ensure Hyatt's models and solutions are developed with fairness, transparency, and integrity
