Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement complex algorithms and models utilizing large datasets.
- Generate actionable business insights using advanced analytical techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle and solve intricate business challenges.
- Provide mentorship to junior data science team members.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through data science initiatives.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in pricing analytics or optimization.
- Solid understanding of prescriptive pricing and discounting strategies.
- Experience in operations research and solving optimization problems.
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical insights to key business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery and SQL.
- Experience with optimization tools such as Gurobi.
- Proficiency in data visualization software like Tableau.
Education Requirements:
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
