Disney is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our remote AI & Data team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced data modeling. As part of a dynamic team, you will work to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and create magical experiences for millions of Disney customers around the globe.

Key Responsibilities


Design and build scalable AI and machine learning models to improve customer experience and business processes.


Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and develop predictive models.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to drive data-informed decisions.


Lead research initiatives in NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and personalization.


Deploy models to production environments using MLOps pipelines.


Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science workflows.



Requirements


Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.


Proven experience (5+ years) in data science roles.


Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).


Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).


Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI concepts.


Ability to clearly communicate findings and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Compensation


Minimum Salary: $120,000/year


Maximum Salary: $160,000/year
