In this role, you will be responsible for developing, distributing, and documenting dashboards and reports including maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and relevance for decision making.

Skills
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area.
Five (5) years of experience in business or sales support administration including CRM technology.
Experience with database administration and system requirements for data management.
Comprehensive skills in MS Dynamics, MS Excel, Access, and SQL.
Strong project management skills with application development background.
Responsibilities
Lead business processes and data management activities for Professional Membership and Science team.
Develop, maintain, and distribute data queries and reports.
Identify process improvements and automated solutions for CRM activities.
Enhance external customer experience through workflow analysis.
Act as a liaison to Business Technology and ensure data operations align with policies.
Update and maintain user guidelines, operating procedures, and training documentation.
Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience with database administration and customer relationship management technology.
Comprehensive skills in analytics and reporting through database queries.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and CVD data is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
