Our Marketing Customer Engagement Platform is a key component of our suite of products, and we are looking for a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on complex data engineering projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of our customer data platform. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Data Engineer on our Marketing Customer Engagement Platform team, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Develop and maintain complex data ingestion pipelines and transformations for data originating from multiple data sources (structured/unstructured) * Craft proof of concepts and provide expertise, guidance, and mentorship to other data engineering and analytics professionals on data standards * Catalog and document data sources to ensure data quality and integrity * Supervise data pipelines for accuracy, missing data, enhancements, changes, and billing volumes to ensure timely and accurate data processing * Build containerized applications with microservices architecture * Reconcile data issues and alerts between various systems, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement * Collaborate with multi-functional partners to define and document requirements for building high-quality and impactful data products * Create operational reports using visualization/business intelligence tools **Requirements** To be successful as a Senior Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements: * 8+ years of proven experience in Data Engineering or Business Analytics roles working with ETL, Data Modeling, and Data Architecture * Expertise in crafting and implementing enterprise data pipelines using data engineering approaches and tools such as Docker, Glue, cloud-native EDW (Snowflake, Redshift), Kafka, Athena * Strong dimensional data modeling (Star, Snowflake) and ER modeling skills * Proficiency in building and maintaining infrastructure-as-code preferably with Terraform and AWS ecosystem * Proficiency in SQL and one of Java, Python * Experience with writing and reviewing version-controlled code (GitHub) * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and summarize sophisticated data to diverse audiences through visualizations * Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently * Experience working with and delivering to collaborators from multiple parts of the company **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience with API development * Familiarity with technologies like GraphQL, graph databases **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * Competitive salary range: $134,500.00 - $215,000.00 * 401k and equity grant opportunities * Comprehensive insurance benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, disability, and more * Parental leave, family services benefits, backup dependent care, flexible spending accounts, and telemedicine * Unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval, and six paid holidays per year **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced Senior Data Engineer looking for a new challenge, please click the link below to apply: Apply Now Apply for this job Don't miss this opportunity to join arenaflex and contribute to the development of our Marketing Customer Engagement Platform.
