Senior Data Architect

At American Express, we are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for data and a strong sense of data architecture. The Senior Data Architect will be responsible for creating and maintaining data architectures, as well as designing and developing data models and data solutions. We are looking for an individual with demonstrated experience... leading data architecture projects, as well as a deep understanding of data management and architecture principles.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Additionally, you must have a thorough understanding of data modeling techniques, data warehouse architecture, and ETL processes. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, and have a strong analytical mindset.If you are a motivated individual and have the required qualifications, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain data architectures
• Design and develop data models and data solutions
• Lead data architecture projects
• Develop data management and architecture principles
• Implement data modeling techniques, data warehouse architecture, and ETL processes

• Provide data analysis and troubleshooting support
• Monitor and report performance metrics for data architecture projects
• Ensure data integrity and data security standards are met
