We're now seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Air Terminal Customer Assistance (ACS) Resource Planning team, working remotely as part of the Workwarp organization. About the Role The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing key operational and staffing metrics to enhance functional and financial performance. This position requires a forward-thinking professional who can creatively solve complex business problems and communicate insights effectively to senior leaders. Key Responsibilities Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify ACS staffing needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement. Create reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives. Examine trends in ACS resource planning and stay updated on industry best practices. Extract and analyze data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and project development. Develop new data sources and analytical models to drive business insights. Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to highlight business challenges and potential solutions. Transform data into actionable insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques. Support complex process improvement and project management initiatives. Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives. Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders, providing insights to drive results. Prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Essential Qualifications Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams. Strong player with attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. Capacity to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment. Proficiency in MS Office. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science). Experience in the aviation industry or a related field.
