Key Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reports that provide critical support to operations and decision-making for sign-up and business product areas
Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve customer experience and increase conversions
Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate on the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand user behaviors and trends, and drive business impact
What You'll Bring to the Role
Unbridled enthusiasm for data analysis and a passion for driving business results through data-driven insights
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets
Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects, from ambiguous requirements to compelling stories, accessible across multiple audiences, and ultimately to clear business outcomes
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
Ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
Nice to Haves
Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
Proven data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
Experience with marketing landing pages, join channel, and business spaces
Ability to identify and articulate issues to management
Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
Strong motivation and ability to work independently
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
