**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Analytics team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention. You'll deliver deep, actionable insights in a timely manner to optimize and grow our business. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver timely and actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive customer acquisition and retention
* Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using Tableau and other analytics tools
* Extract and transform data from Snowflake warehouse using SQL
* Design, build, operate, and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize data insights
* Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain expertise in customer growth concepts, such as CAC/LTV, retention curves, onboarding & activation funnels
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and customer growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Math, Computer Science, Economics, or Analytics
* Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related field is highly preferred
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in business and/or product analytics, working with large, multi-dimensional datasets
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Skilled in extracting and transforming data from Snowflake warehouse using SQL
* Hands-on experience in designing, building, operating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards
* Experience working with tools like MMPs (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer), CRM tools (e.g. Braze), web analytics (Google Analytics), product analytics & experimentation tools (Amplitude, Eppo, Mixpanel)
* Experience in experimentation (A/B tests, geo tests, etc.) and basic statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of customer growth concepts, such as CAC/LTV, retention curves, onboarding & activation funnels
* Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
* Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
* Strong understanding of data modeling and database design
