Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us optimize our customer acquisition and retention strategies, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver deep, actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop data-driven solutions * Work closely with the Head of Data Science & Analytics to develop and implement data-driven strategies * Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data insights * Extract and transform data from Snowflake warehouse using SQL * Develop and maintain expertise in customer growth concepts, including CAC/LTV, retention curves, onboarding & activation funnels * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and customer growth * Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise reporting and presentations **Essential Qualifications** * BA/BS in a quantitative discipline, such as Math, Computer Science, Economics, or Analytics * 3+ years of hands-on experience in business and/or product analytics, working with large, multi-dimensional datasets * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written * Skilled in extracting and transforming data from Snowflake warehouse using SQL * Hands-on experience in designing, building, operating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards * Experience working with tools like MMPs (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer), CRM tools (e.g. Braze), web analytics (Google Analytics), product analytics & experimentation tools (Amplitude, Eppo, Mixpanel) * Experience in experimentation (A/B tests, geo tests, etc.) and basic statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing) **Preferred Qualifications** * MS in Business Analytics * Knowledge of customer growth concepts, including CAC/LTV, retention curves, onboarding & activation funnels * Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience in and ability to play "trusted advisor" to senior and executive leadership **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results * Fast learner with ability to adapt to new tools and technologies * Resourceful and scrappy with ability to deliver insights to the right teams in a timely manner **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
